启动服务的时候，报如下错误:

 协议/IP可以被程序多次利用，但是端口只能被单一程序进程占用。想想吧，最近在服务器上安装过什么？

查看端口被哪个无耻的进程占用了！！！

今早上刚安装了一个邮件服务器软件，就它了，先卸载吧。之后再次启动mssql服务，OK了~
