访问phpmyadmin报错（之前从来没有）：
PHP Notice: Array to string conversion in E:\wwwweb\x.x.com\libraries\Error.class.php on line 179
编辑php.ini ，添加或者是修改如下：
error_reporting = E_ALL&~E_NOTICE
重启web服务。
